On July 3rd 2012, Long Jiang IPD had the honour of receiving the delegation of representatives from Ministry of Planning & Investment, and Ministry of Construction together with Tien Giang IZ Administration to visit Long Jiang IP.
On January 13th 2012, Long Jiang IPD has organized a ceremony to give Tet Festival gifts to poor people of Tan Phuoc district at Tap Lap 1 commune’s Kindergarten with total value of 100 million VND.

In 2011, Long Jiang IPD supported to repair and upgrade the water supply pipes for local residents use in Tan Lap 1 commune with total budge of 375 million VND. The project is for supplying clean water for domestic use with 2140 meter pipe of size D90 and 4580 meter pipe of size D76 and 1900 meter pipe of size D60. The project has brought about practical benefit for local residents, resolving clean water necessity for the people living in the area with sulfur infected land in Tân Phuoc district.
On April 18th 2012, Nissei Electric Mytho formally organized ground breaking ceremony for its factory at Lot 55 in Long Jiang Industrial Park (LJIP), Tan Lap 1 commune, Tan Phuoc district, Tien Giang province.
