The 27^th Vietnam International trading fair (Vietnam Expo 2017) that presided by Industry and Trade Ministry shall be held from April 19 - 22, 2017 in Hanoi International Exposition Fair. Vietnam Expo 2017 attracts more than 500 enterprises with nearly 600 stands from 23 nations throughout the world.

Subject “strenghthen connection between area and international” is one of the most important activities to welcome APEC Vietnam 2017, as well as is the link of promote trading between Vietnam and other countries, between local area and international.

At Vietnam Expo 2017, the organization shall hold a Vietnam export forum, a program of survey and visit Industrial Park, a trade connection to facilitate and support enterprises inside and outside country for understanding, trade exchange and consult the invest policy.

Confront with situation of lots of spams, in the afternoon of May 11, 2017, presided by Ministry of Information and Media, 5 networks including Viettel, Vinaphone, Mobifone, Vietnamobile and GTel had signed a commitment of preventing spams which shall be applied from July 1, 2017. The networks shall associated to prevent spams on inter-network, on telecommunication system all country. Before, spam was just prevented in internal network.

At the commitment, Deputy Minister of Information and Media Ministry Pham Tam said that: “Prevent spam should be considered as quality of service, evaluation of customers. This is the important criteria to evaluate quality of network and that shall be announced on website for customer to supervise...”

In the morning of May 14, 2017, belt and road forum for International Cooperation had opened in Beijing capital, China with theme “One belt and one road - cooperation for prosperity”. Participants are leaders and government of 29 nations, 1,500 guests from 130 nations and leaders of organizations as United Nations, International Monetary Fund and World Bank. President Tran Dai Quang was the leader of Vietnam delegation with some of departments. At the forum, round-table and summit conference for ministers, enterprises and scholars has occured. Representatives focused on measures to promote the connection of Asian - European - African Economy through traffic network and infrastructure of 5 fields such as: policy, infrastructure, currency and people.

Receiving the General secretary and President of China Tap Can Binh’s invitation, from May 11 to 15, 2017, President Tran Dai Quang and his wife shall visit China and attend the international cooperation forum “one belt, one road” held in Beijing, China. On May 10th, at presidency palace, President Tran Dai Quang had an interview with Chinese reporters.

President Tran Dai Quang assumed that Vietnam and China need to widen and improve quality and effect and to change strongly cooperating fields. President told that in the visit, he and General Secretary - President and leaders of party and government of China exchanged direction and methods to strengthen the trust and relationship between Vietnam - China and to promote the partner of cooperation of two countries.
