For better services for customers, Vietnam Electricity (EVN) has issued regulations on supply of power service in EVN.

The purpose of this regulation is to clear the information, to offer detailed content such as: receiving suggestions, procedures, time for settlement, expenses of EVN service. The regulation shows the EVN’s determination in supply best, rapid and high quality services.

All informations is uploaded on webiste of 5 head of electricity companies. Customers can call the hot line 24/24h of 5 customer service center. .

On May 24, 2017, in Hanoi, Mr. Nguyen Duc Loi - Party central member and General director of Vietnam news agency had a meeting with Mr. Thai Danh Chieu - Head of Tan Hoa news agency (China). After the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Duc Loi - General Director of Vietnam news agency and Mr. Thai Danh Chieu - Head of Tan Hoa news agency signed a cooperation agreement between Vietnam and Tan Hoa news agency. This is for strengthening of the cooperation between two news agency. Two sides believe that at the present, news agencies need to adapt to communication information and exchange experience of the operation task to each other.  The agreement strengthens the friendship, understanding and trust between Vietnam and China.

In the meeting with business delegations that has innovation and creation in applying environment-friendly technology, Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung called business community to improve awareness and promoting the new and environment-friendly technology

          
Participants in the meeting were Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Tran Hong Ha and representatives of 46 enterprises applying environment - friendly technology for green growth. These are businesses selected by the local Department of Natural Resources and Environment for their active investment in science and technology in production and business. In particular, many enterprises in group that are at risk of causing high environmental pollution have invested in technology innovation with modern production processes, environment-friendly, thereby contributing to solve problems. At the same time, with the determination to build up an upright Government, speaking along with doing, serving people and businesses, the Government has been and will continue to accompany the enterprise to develope green economy, to create a fair economic space in terms of mechanism, policy and access to resources for all economic sectors.

(Chinhphu.vn) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has just signed the Instruction no 20/CT-TTg on reorganizing the inspection of enterprises.

Implementing the Decree of the XII Party Congress and 5 - year social economic development goal from 2016 to 2020, Government and Prime Minister has issued some Decrees, instructions on solving problems and support enterprises and this is considered as a main duty in the program. Ministries, departments and people’s committees implemented many solutions, especially to renew the construction work, to approve and instruct the inspection work; to avoid the overlap situation to reduce inconvenience to enterprieses. 

Ministers and heads of departments and presidents of People’s Committee of cities and provinces and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree. It is regularly reported to the Inspector of government .
